Great video. You talk about honoring who you are. What many people don't realize is that who they are is is in part a function of the associations they make and their unconscious beliefs about why they are that way. Our unconscious mind strives to stay in the comfortable, familiar territory, even when it doesn't make conscious sense, and that is why it is important to interact with that part of ourselves, instead of reacting to the ripple effects it creates. And sometimes we need someone like a coach or a hypnotist, or even an objective, helpful friend to help us find that new perspective. Have a GREAT day!
Thank you so much for sharing that Elizabeth! You're right. We need helpers outside of ourselves to help us recognize and get past our blind spots of unconscious belief.
